Joey: Did you know that Georgia is the home of the incredible Kids II brand of toys? That's right, Alpharetta is nirvana. (We'll make the pilgrimage someday.) Their Musical Moon Teether and Kookazoo Tunnel Gym are his absolute favorites. And you should just see him twist Mr. Bendy Octopusit's so cute, you could just die! A state that gives my boy such joy can't be all bad.
It was at this flea market a few weeks ago that I happened across the Kids II Kookazoo Tunnel Gym. I had been toying with the idea of some sort of gym for a while and, at only $5 for a gym that looked barely used, I figured "what the heck?" I could give it a try.
Recognizing that eventually just looking around isn't going to be enough to hold baby's attention, Kids II included several toys with this play gym - well, they did originally, but most had been lost by the time my secondhand gym made its way home. Were you to find a new Kookazoo Tunnel Gym, expect it to come with four soft toys (also in varying shapes and featuring bright colors and patterns) - one each that will squeak, crinkle, rattle and play music. My slightly used gym came with only one of these toys - a red triangle with a zebra border and a happy face that squeaks when squeezed.
